Tool King is a major online retailer based in Lakewood and is seeking a great person to join our online customer service team. Our offices are located near 6th and Simms in Lakewood.

Primary Responsibilities of Customer Care Specialist:

  • Answer inbound calls
  • Respond to e-mail inquiries/process helpdesk tickets
  • Process orders, exchanges and returns
  • Miscellaneous administrative duties

With lots of opportunities for rapid promotion, this position is ideal for motivated individuals!

Required Skills/Experience:

  • 2+ years experience in customer service/phone sales
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Familiarity with online sales 
  • Strong computer, internet & typing skills
  • Availabile Monday through Friday between 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. (possible overtime as necessary.)
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, detail-oriented team environment. Able to work under pressure
  • Able to pass drug test and/or background check
