Tool King is a major online retailer based in Lakewood and is seeking a great person to join our online customer service team. Our offices are located near 6th and Simms in Lakewood.
Primary Responsibilities of Customer Care Specialist:

Answer inbound calls

Respond to e-mail inquiries/process helpdesk tickets

Process orders, exchanges and returns
-
Miscellaneous administrative duties

Required Skills/Experience:

2+ years experience in customer service/phone sales

Excellent communication skills
-
Familiarity with online sales

Strong computer, internet & typing skills

Availabile Monday through Friday between 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. (possible overtime as necessary.)

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, detail-oriented team environment. Able to work under pressure

Able to pass drug test and/or background check
